All items are custom-made, which means no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for any reason. Please contact us before placing a special order to avoid any misunderstandings.

If you're ordering as a guest, please check your email regularly. We may need additional information to complete your order.
Failure to respond promptly may delay your order beyond the 2-week processing timeframe. If we cannot reach you, we will either hold the order until you contact us or proceed with the information we have available. (Completion time is usually quicker than 2wks but in the event of unforseen circumstance we put a 2wk out period on it.)
PRICING & CUSTOMIZATION
Prices vary depending on size and customization options.
Please contact us first if you need clip-ons or custom sizes.
The earrings will not be smaller than 1.75 or 2 inches and the price will not change. The smaller the piece the harder it is to work with so keep that in mind. Also the longer the name the smaller the nameplate will be to make it fit the size we are working with. The shorter the name the larger the nameplate will be.
MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
Important Note:
THIS IS NOT REAL GOLD OR SILVER.
The nameplates are made from premium cardstock, coated front and back with epoxy or acrylic resin.
Posts, chains, and jewelry findings are made of metal.
The image cardstock will be photo quality printed cardstock or it will be photo quality vinyl.
Resin provides protection but is not fully waterproof.
Earrings:
Start at approx. 2.5” in length unless we have discussed smaller.
Made of metals and/or acrylic, earrings may be handmade or bamboo style we will discuss which is better.
Posts made of gold-coated copper or metal depending on which is needed for your order.
Necklace:
Includes an 16” chain (available in 14”–20”)
Nameplate measures approx. 3” x 1.5” & up ( larger custom sizes may incur additional charges)
Constructed from cardstock with resin coating
Chain styles and tones may vary based on stock availability
Chains may tarnish over time unless treated with a clear protective spray or clear polish but will hold up fine for well over a year as long as the piece is stored properly and keep out of water.
