Per our shop policies there will be no refunds on any custom items including made to order products. These are made to order.

Please make sure your image is print ready in the form of a PNG if not it will need to have a white background only. These are white and the print will be in black only. If you need us to design the logo for the label contact us before ordering there will be a design fee for anything other than plain text. When you place your order please put the info you want on the label in the box provided. If you have an image it will need to be a black and white image only you can email us the image after placing your order.

The label/sticker size is 2.5" x 2.5"
You can order any amount but if you need more than the amounts we have shown contact us first to get a quote.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the turnaround time for small quantities any thing over 200 we may need an aditional 5 business days to make sure we have the inventory on hand to complete your order. We would reccommend you placing your order at least 2-4 weeks ahead of the time you will need the items if this is a gift or for an event. We can not guarantee that you will get them by a certain time once we send it through regular postal mail. Turnaround times may be shorter depending on the work load so it is always a plus when can we get it to you earler than expected.
