Per our shop policies there will be no refunds on any custom/made to order items. 
The image is only printed on the front of the wallet.
 
Want a custom photo?
Photos - Please send high-quality photos.
Your coasters outcome will be representative of the photo(s) that you submit. We do not touch up photos unless you order a custom set that comes with editing. We will refuse your order if the resolution of your photo is not high enough to work with.

You can mix and match the designs they do not have to be all the same. If you choose the predesigned option you can send us images and use images from us, we have tons so just inquire about something you may want in particular and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. If you need us to design one to fit your vision there will be a art fee included in that price. Coasters will be made with permium photo vinyl then sealed with a high grade laminate, the coaster will not have an epoxy coating but they will be durable and they'll be wet safe.

PROOFS - We will message you within 2-3 business days of purchase (M-F) to show you the proof of your coaster images.

Your approval is required before the image is printed/coasters will be made.
 
Please allow 3-5 business days for the turnaround time. We would reccommend you placing your order at least 2-4 weeks ahead of the time you will need the items. We can not guarantee that you will get them by a certain time once we send it through regular postal mail. Turnaround times may be shorter depending on the work load so it is always a plus when we can get it to you earlier than expected.
